By playing Thunder Panda you agree to the terms below. We've written them to be direct and fair. Disagreement means you should exit the game; continued play means you accept them in full.

Your Licence to Play

You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and play Thunder Panda for private, non-commercial enjoyment. This licence covers playing the game. It does not cover any of the game's underlying content.

What Is Not Permitted

• Automated tools, bots, or input macros designed to achieve scores or complete game actions without genuine player input
• Copying, decompiling, distributing, or creating derivative works from the game's source code, graphics, or sounds
• Using Thunder Panda's branding, character, or visual identity in any commercial project without prior written consent
• Publishing or hosting a modified version of this game and presenting it as the original
• Any use that contravenes laws applicable to you

Ownership

The panda character, all enemy designs, the bamboo forest aesthetic, the lightning bolt visual language, and all code are the creative and intellectual property of Thunder Panda's developers. Nothing you do in the game transfers any of that ownership to you. Your licence to play is not a licence to own.

Game Availability

We will do our best to keep Thunder Panda accessible, but we reserve the right to take it offline, update it, or discontinue it at any time. We are not obligated to provide advance notice for technical changes or temporary downtime.

Warranties and Liability

Thunder Panda is offered without warranty. We do not guarantee error-free performance, specific uptime, or compatibility with every configuration of browser and device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from use of or inability to use this game.

Term Revisions

These terms may change at any time. We will update the date above when they do. Continuing to play after a revision means you accept the new version.
